- 3 sachets of turmeric powder or 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- 10 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
- 15 small black olives
- 8 small pickled mini artichokes

- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 bay leaves

- Start by placing the peppers on a baking sheet and roasting them until soft. Peel the skin. Wash and cut into small strips.
- Then heat the broth vegetables and keep warm.
- Wash the pickled mini artichokes, cut them in half and quickly transfer them to an oiled frying pan.
- Then, add some oil to a small pan and sauté the onion until soft.
- Add the sliced peppers. Cook for about 4 minutes.
- Add the bay leaf, powdered spices and finally the garlic.
- Leave it for at least a minute and stir well.
- Add the rice and fry to combine with the spices.
